MVStore mode: the CLOB and BLOB storage was re-implemented and is now much faster than with the PageStore (which is still the default storage).

Store CLOBs and BLOBs in maps (StreamStore) to improve performance and avoid using a second connection. (WIP)

remove some more dead code, and make some methods as private since they are no longer used from outside this class
