For the OSGi resolver to work in deployment scenarios the bundle needs a Provide Capability for the service it registers. This PR lets this bundle provide the capability.

This causes an ability to deploy applications that use classes like TransactionStore.

Solution: add  org.h2.mvstore.db to MANIFEST.MF

APIs.

    Make ValueGeometry#getDimensionCount more reliable.
    Add unit test to check for illegal ValueGeometry comparison
    Add unit test for conversion of Geometry object into Object
    Add optional export to MANIFEST.MF for JTS Geometry classes
    Validate that geometry values can be represented in WKB.

Issue 467: OSGi Class Loader (ability to create reference to class in other ClassLoader, for example in another OSGi bundle).
