Auto-reconnect: if another connection uses the database in exclusive mode then this connection will try to re-connect until the exclusive mode ends.

The CreateCluster tool now sets the source database in exclusive mode before copying data to the new database.

The H2 Console "Start Browser" button now works even when the IP address changes while the tool runs
