A new sample application that shows how to create a read-only database in a zip file where the database file is split into multiple smaller parts.

The scan-resistant cache type "TQ" (two queue) is again available. To use it, append ;CACHE_TYPE=TQ to the database URL.

When opening an existing database, the cache size is set to at most half the amount of memory available for the virtual machine.

Auto-reconnect: if another connection uses the database in exclusive mode then this connection will try to re-connect until the exclusive mode ends.
